I am a German national with a cross-border mindset and live in Munich.

 

I lived and worked in Australia from 2004 to 2012. The time Down Under was enriching: Sometimes it inspired me and sometimes it grated on me to be outside my home culture. Unsurprisingly, things were similar when I returned to Germany.

 

My thirst for adventure and a ’together we can’ mentality along with consistency and warmth enable me to connect with people with a diverse range of backgrounds - well beyond Germany and Australia.

As a mother I am reminded everyday how much depends on my ability and willingness to listen. Whenever I put my heart and mind into something, it will move.

 

I now live in beautiful Bavaria as I like to spend my free time in the mountains and in motion: on hikes, in lakes and swimming pools, climbing ... and always with a good book at hand. I love to share such sources of energy and inspiration with others. And having a cup of coffee, too.

 

I've always been fascinated by people and their stories - whether they are friends, family, colleagues or characters in a book.

I am passionate about how we succeed in dealing with individual challenges and how we grow personally - individually and with each other.
